Randy Thibaut, CEO

Randy Thibaut is the founder, owner, and CEO of LSI Companies Inc. (formerly known as Land Solutions) and Sage Communities, LLC. Thibaut has over 30 years experience in Southwest Florida’s real estate industry in sales, construction, project management, homebuilding, and development. Thibaut’s role is that of visionary, establishing new investor relations to bring capital resources into the Southwest Florida market and providing his team with the best tools, resources and connections available. He personally brokered over $2 billion in real estate transactions in the region and has structured hundreds of partnerships and acquisitions.

Thibaut served in numerous development roles in Southwest Florida, including project management, developer, national homebuilder division president, and founder of one of the area’s leading brokerage and development services firms in Southwest Florida, LSI Companies which he is co-owner with his son Justin Thibaut. He is supported by a top-notch team of professionals that are the region’s go-to firm for brokerage, zoning/entitlement services, appraisals, and workouts. Thibaut’s primary focus is leadership mentor for LSI and forming real estate investment partnerships for value-add opportunistic real estate ventures for residential development, commercial properties, land and entitlements, including leading and managing several successful zonings for residential communities in multiple counties. His newest venture and focus is Sage Communities, which he created to build 4-10 active adult apartment communities.

Kris Denny, CFO

Kris Denny is responsible for Accounting for Sage Communities, LLC. She also currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for LSI Companies, Inc. Her key responsibilities include all cash and asset management for the company and its affiliates. Kris brings over 30 years of accounting and management experience in the land development and construction industry. She has been a resident of Southwest Florida since 1978.

Rhonda Brewer, Project Manager

Rhonda Brewer is the Project Manager for Sage Communities, LLC and also Senior VP of Land Services for LSI Companies Inc. She is responsible for due diligence, entitlements, and development on a variety of assets. Rhonda has over 20 years of experience in real estate acquisition, entitlements, and development. Prior to joining Sage Communities, Rhonda held executive-level positions with WCI Communities and Newland Communities developing numerous master-planned communities located throughout Florida. She holds an MBA in Finance and a Masters in Landscape Architecture.

Rob Mintz,
Financial and Market Analyst

Rob Mintz is the Financial and Market Analyst for Sage Communities, LLC. He also serves as the Vice President of Acquisitions for LSI Companies Inc., conducting analyses to determine feasibility and valuations for commercial properties and land investments in the Southwest Florida area. Rob has over twenty five years of analytic experience and is an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC). He was formerly the Director of Research for two prominent commercial real estate firms prior to joining LSI Companies. Rob earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Boston University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Hofstra University.

John Debitetto,
Construction Manager

John Debitetto is the Operations and Construction Manager for Sage Communities, LLC. John began his career in the production housing industry after graduating from the School of Construction Management at the University of Florida. This enabled him to gain a broad spectrum of industry experience, having spent significant time in construction, purchasing, land development and acquisition, sales, and as a Division President in Southwest Florida for Lennar Corporation. Over the past decade John has focused his career on Project Management, from the land planning stage to managing vertical construction.
